We turn the author's Word files into a print-ready book, HTML full text and international records, and we install the OJS and OMP systems your publications run on and keep them up to date and secure. We work remotely with publishers in any country, in English.
Publishing services
Whether it is a monograph, an edited volume, conference proceedings or a journal issue, every job is prepared with the same care and goes through the same checks.
- Typesetting and layout
- Monographs and edited volumes, conference proceedings and journal issues. English and Turkish text; equations, tables, figures and long reference lists. A template built on your press's trim size, typefaces and imprint layout.
- Cover design
- Front cover, back cover and spine; spine width calculated from page count and paper, print-ready CMYK spread. A shared cover language for book series.
- HTML full text
- A readable HTML version for each book chapter or article that reflows on phones and has linked references, ready to upload to OJS and OMP as an HTML galley.
- DOIs and Crossref metadata
- Registration of book and chapter DOIs; verifying the ORCID iDs of authors and editors and the ROR IDs of institutions one by one; sending abstracts, keywords, licences and references to Crossref.
- Pre-delivery checks
- Every book is read page by page before delivery: overflowing lines, page numbers, image resolution and missing ORCIDs or abstracts are fixed before they reach you.
- Electronic editions
- PDF for e-books alongside the print PDF; EPUB3 and JATS/BITS XML on request.
- Conference publishing package
- For conferences and symposia: website, submission and peer review system, abstract book and full-text proceedings, ISBN imprint, a DOI for every paper and Crossref registration.

Software services
As a team that knows publishing, we install and run the PKP systems on which your journals and books are published.
- OJS and OMP installation
- Installing Open Journal Systems and Open Monograph Press on your server, configuring languages and email, user roles and the editorial workflow.
- Upgrades and maintenance
- Upgrading old versions to the current release, migrating content and user data completely, regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Security
- Tracking and applying security updates, regular backups, SSL certificates, cleaning out fake users and spam registrations, and reviewing access permissions.
- Theme development
- OJS and OMP themes that match your identity, display well on phones, are accessible and multilingual; adjustments to existing themes.
- Plugins and integration
- Installing and correctly configuring the Crossref, ORCID, ROR, DOAJ, Google Scholar and PKP PN plugins, so that metadata reaches external systems in full.
How we work
Send the files
Email us the Word files, your press template if you have one, and the imprint details. For software work, tell us your system's address and version.
Review and proposal
We review the scope of the job and send a written price and delivery time.
Preparation and proofs
The book is typeset and checked page by page, and a proof PDF is sent to you. For software work, changes are shown first on a test installation.
Corrections
Author and editor corrections are applied; each round shows the pages that changed.
Delivery and registration
The print PDF, HTML full text and the cover are delivered; DOIs are registered and metadata is sent to Crossref.
Pricing
We give a separate written proposal for each job, quoted in EUR or USD. The main factors that determine the price are:
- page count and the type of book (monograph, edited volume, proceedings)
- density of the content: the amount of equations, tables, figures and references
- the language of the text and the use of several languages together
- additional services such as the cover, HTML full text, DOI registration and metadata
- for software work, the system version, the volume of content, the scope of the theme and the maintenance period
- delivery time
For presses and journals we work with regularly, we set periodic rates according to volume, and offer annual maintenance agreements for OJS and OMP.
Frequently asked questions
What files do we need to send?
The authors' Word files are enough. If you have them, also include your press template, the imprint details and the original high-resolution image files. For edited volumes, each chapter can be sent as a separate file.
Can the book follow our own template?
Yes. Trim size, typefaces, heading styles and the imprint page follow your press's template. If you do not have one, we define it together and reuse it for your later books, so a series keeps a single look.
How long does it take?
It depends on the page count, the density of the content and the number of correction rounds. After the initial review, we state the delivery date in writing in our proposal.
How is the price set?
We give a separate written proposal for each job, quoted in EUR or USD. The price depends on the page count, the type of book, the density of the content and any additional services. For presses we work with regularly, we set periodic rates according to volume.
Whose name are the DOIs registered under?
DOIs are registered through your own Crossref membership, under your own prefix. We carry out the registration work; the DOIs and the metadata always stay with your press. Crossref fees are paid by the publisher directly to Crossref.
Can we order services separately?
Yes. We also work on typesetting only, covers only, HTML full text only, or DOI registration and metadata only. OJS and OMP services can be ordered independently of the publishing services.
How are corrections handled?
We apply corrections marked on the proof PDF or sent as a separate list. After each round we show the pages that changed, so you only need to check those.
Who keeps control of our OJS or OMP system?
The system stays on your server and under your control. We work only with the access you give us, show changes on a test installation first and move them to the live system after your approval.
Are our files kept confidential?
Yes. The texts and images you send are used only for your job, are not shared with third parties and are not shown anywhere before publication.
Do you work with publishers outside Türkiye?
Yes. We work remotely, in English, with presses and journals in any country, and exchange files and proofs by email.

Tell us briefly about your book, series or system and, if possible, attach a sample chapter. We will review it and send you a written proposal.
